I take this at 50 mg daily and I have seen great results from this! I am taking this along with a progestin only birth control and I never once had any side effects from this. It took me weeks to see vast improvement. My acne was not that severe but when I took this I saw a really great difference! After using this, I was only able to get a pimple or two but I did not experiece any breakout.

This aldactone helped me in clearing my acne and I am at my 40s now. I’ve been using this for a year and I started using this at 50mg and I eventually increased it to 100mg. I was honestly amazed at how great this is. For the first time in 25 years, this is the only time I ever had a clear skin. I’ve been taking this along with birth control pills and I never had any weight gain nor breast enlargement. I also have tried using a lot of acne remedy out there but this is the only product that gave me great results! I also experienced some side effect on this although it is only a short term. I have an upcoming competition and needed to get my body ready for it, I had some excess water retention from my previous bulk and was told about this product, I was recommended this by a friend, he also warned me to be careful as its different to the products I normally use. One problem I did find is that this stuff really dehydrates you, so please please make sure you drink A LOT of water when using it! Other than that this product is AMAZING and I am definitely ready for my comp!

This Aldactone (Spironolactone 100) has been great to use for weight loss/drying purposes. I used to use Clen and T3 together and although they get rid of the fatty stores, they seem to not be as good at removing the water weight. With these, I blast with them for 4 weekly cycles and it seems to work great at keeping me low water and well defined. I used to use precomp but they make me too tired, so I run them well before now and make sure my hormone levels are good to I keep dry. Fantastic product to use!!
