MY ORDER STATUS

All of our packages are shipped along with a tracking code provided by the express mail service (EMS) shipping company.

Tracking codes only start to become traceable online 2-3 days after we have shipped the order. This is because it takes about 24-48 hours for our packages to pass export custom clearance and only then will your order be on its way to your door, at which point the tracking code will reflect on the online tracking service website.

As soon as we provide a tracking code, you will be able to follow the status of your delivery using aftership.com

However, for any imported orders that have already arrived in the USA, tracking codes only reflect on USPS.com or other locally registered postal websites after 2-3 business days. We advise you to register your email address on USPS’s website to get timely updates.

DELIVERY DELAYS

If the delivery status of your package still has not changed for 10 business days then it’s ideal that you contact your local post office and provide them the tracking code. They should be able to give you a more accurate current update.

RESHIPPING YOUR ORDER

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you find that any of our products have arrived unsealed or damaged, please take a video when you unpack the parcel and send it to us – this will allow us to make a reimbursement claim for the cost of the damaged contents from the shipping company.

ORDERS SEIZED AT CUSTOMS

If in the rare case of a package being stopped at customs, you will need to send us a photo of the seizure letter. In this scenario, we offer one free reshipping of any seized items, or otherwise, we offer a 50% refund of your order.
