I’ve been using this Boldebolin for three weeks straight, exclusively before working out, and I’ve already noticed a significant increase in muscle build and definition. Not as much as I would have liked tbh. I didn’t see any difference after a week of taking it, but then I found that I had more energy when I work out, especially on leg days.
