Altamofen-20 by Alpha Pharma is an estrogen blocker called Tamoxifen Citrate for sale in a pack of 50 pills. Altamofen pills contain Nolvadex dosed at 20mg each. Nolvadex is a very popular compound used to combat estrogenic side effects during a steroid cycle, it is also used for post-cycle therapy (PCT) to help restart natural testosterone production. Doses of Tamoxifen 20 will range from 20mg – 40mg (1-2 tablets) per day for the duration of PCT or until side effects related to estrogen have subsided during the cycle. Be aware that Nolva will be ineffective at reducing side effects that are seen when taking progestogenic steroids such as Trenbolone and Nandrolone. Nolvadex on cycle is a strong steroid. In this case, an alternative anti-estrogen drug like Clomid (Clomiphene citrate) and Cabergoline should be used for PCT.
