I’d say the strength gain is probably the biggest plus point when it comes to Winny. At that point your diet will be the main deciding factor when it comes to how much mass you gain. I’ve run Winstrol as a standalone cycle in the past but it really does its best work when it’s mixed with something like Testosterone. Otherwise you won’t notice any massive gains but you will definitely still get a muscle hardening effect which is still alright. If you’re someone that is already pretty lean Winny will make you super lean, so it’s very useful if you already have your bf% down before you use it.
